- Damaged or Defective Items: If your pen arrives broken or defective, we will replace it with a similar one at no additional cost.
- Returns & Refunds: If you’re not happy with your pen, contact us to arrange a return. Once we receive the pen in its original condition, we will either issue a full refund or offer a similar replacement—whichever you prefer.
- Scratch & Dent Pens: These pens have minor cosmetic imperfections that don’t meet our usual standards, but they write perfectly. If you love a pen with extra character at a reduced cost, this category is for you! Scratch & Dent items are sold as-is and are generally not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Exclusions: Running out of ink is not a valid reason for a return. Parker-style refills are widely available and easy to replace.
